Refund Policy

Because each book has a custom inscription for the recipient, there are no refunds or returns.

Damaged Goods by the Company

​

Blueberry Bear Tales takes great care in packing your books to prevent damage during transit. However, sometimes damage still occurs. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt for any shipping damage. Any visual carton damage must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Carton” before signing. Make all claims directly with the shipping company. Damaged merchandise must also be reported to Blueberry Bear Tales within 24 hours of receipt.

Defective Merchandise

Blueberry Bear Tales inspects each book before inscribing and sending it to you. However, if you find something wrong with your book, defective merchandise must be reported to Blueberry Bear Tales within 24 hours of receipt for claim to be valid. All returns of defective merchandise must be approved in advance by Blueberry Bear Tales, and we will promptly replace any defective item providing that it is returned to Blueberry Bear Tales within 10 days of date reported.

We are careful to ensure that our pricing, quantity in stock, photos and descriptive copy of our products is accurate, however, when we make a mistake, we reserve the right to correct the mistake and will notify you of any such correction prior to your order being shipped.
